TENTE International GmbH situated in Cologne – Holding of the largest European manufacturer for castors and wheels – founds with effect of 2nd July 2007 a subsidiary in Japan.

The sales subsidiary is situated in a suburb of Tokyo. For the moment three employees will develop the Japanese market from there.

After China this company in Japan is for TENTE the second subsidiary in Asia. "Our interest in Japan is a growth investment for the future. In regards to personnel costs and office rent etc. Japan is immensely expensive.", explains Peter Fricke, Managing Partner of TENTE International GmbH. "We see good chances to be successful with our medical products which are mostly developed and manufactured in Germany. The highly demanding medical market in Japan is well-known for its high quality standards."
